The QUESTemp Area Heat Stress Monitor (Use Unit) is a rugged, IP54-rated instrument that measures Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT), Dry/Wet/Globe Temperatures, and Relative Humidity without built-in datalogging (Model QT-32),Built-in datalogging for model QT-34 .
- Measurement Parameters & CapabilitiesReadings: Dry bulb, natural wet bulb, globe temperature, indoor/outdoor WBGT index, relative humidity, heat index, and humidex.Globe
- Sensor: 2-inch black globe meeting BS EN 27243 and ISO 7243 standards
- Displays stay-time parameters for ACGIH TLV, U.S. Navy PHEL charts, flag conditions, and EPRI action limits
- Sensor Type: 1000-Ohm platinum RTD for temperature and globe sensors; separate built-in relative humidity sensor.
- Temperature Accuracy: ± 0.5°C from 0°C to 120°C.
- Humidity Accuracy: ± 5% from 20% to 95% (non-condensing).
- Power Supply: Uses a 9V disposable battery (approx. 140-hour life)
